Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The watch has been used or worn.

  • The product has been damaged due to customer misuse.

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the customer changes their mind, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
